Open on Thursdays and Sundays, we are a small but mighty museum, located at 60-62 Nelson Street, Emmeline Pankhurst’s old home where the suffragette movement was born.

the birthplace of the suffragette movement

The Pankhurst Museum is the only place where people can visit a former home of the Pankhurst family, and is the only museum dedicated to telling the story of women’s fight for the right to vote.  

Come and see us at 60-62 Nelson Street and prepare be inspired by stories of pioneering women.
