DVD: Emmeline Pankhurst 'The Making of a Militant'

This short documentary was originally shown on BBC Four to commemorate the centenary of women’s partial suffrage in 2018. It takes a rare look at the personal loves, losses and political passions that transformed Emmeline Pankhurst from a working mother from Manchester into a militant activist.
